Принадлежность к региону определяется по TLD, либо по наличию в индексе страниц с данного owner'а, про которые geo или geoa классификатор говорит, что они из этого региона. Маппируется точно так же, как и фактор HostRank, в число от 0 до 1 с 256 градациями
